The main progression in Data Handling across the grades is achieved by:
- moving from working with objects to working with data; and
- working with new forms of data representation.
Learners should work through the full data cycle during the year – this involves collecting and organising data; representing data, analysing, interpreting and reporting data.
In week 1, learners will be introduced to the tally method.
